Hi, I'm Brittany.
I spent 16+ years as a project manager in NYC (still am, actually), and it's taught me a lot. How to keep a dozen things organized at once, how to catch problems before they blow up, how to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

I brought all of that with me when I built The Backyard Bar Co. from scratch. The website, the social media, the networking, literally all of it. And eventually sold it. Wearing every single hat in that business taught me just how much easier things get when you let go of a few.

That's basically what Socially Supported is. I take those same project management skills and put them to work in social media marketing. Three years in, and honestly, my favorite part is still the mix of strategy and creativity. Sitting down, building a plan that actually makes sense, then bringing it to life. I'm always taking classes and learning new things, so you don't have to.

These days, I work almost exclusively with women in wellness — coaches, studios, practitioners, and wellness-adjacent businesses. It's not an accident. I care about the same thing you do: helping people feel better, without burning yourself out in the process. That's the "mindful" part of how I market.

No hustle-culture guilt here, I'm a recovering hustler, I promise.
Need help for a busy season?
A long-term partner?
Just one project?

Whatever it looks like for you, that's fine. Everyone needs a little help sometimes.

Outside of work, I'm a wife, a mom to a 6-year-old (+ 2 cats), and a longtime volunteer with Family Promise of Lehigh Valley. Showing up for people matters to me, at work and everywhere else. That's why 'safe space' is something I actually mean, not just something I say.
